Having done a little yoga in the past I was keen to take it up again. I love Sam's gentle approach - it is very nurturing and I always feel well cared for in her classes. I find the breath work very good and find myself using the techniques outside of the class. VAL

Core strength

Sam’s yoga classes have helped me be more aware of my posture, and the importance of core strength. The greatest benefit has been to my stress levels,after a hectic day at work, I feel more relaxed, and always sleep well, after a class.

Sam’s classes are always different, and you come away feeling physically and mentally healthier.

I really enjoy the beginning of the class where you are encouraged to leave the hustle and bustle of the day behind, and to concentrate on your well-being.



Clearly focused
